At Cocktail Fashion, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that you love every purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our Return Policy to understand the terms and conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
  • Order Value: Returns are applicable only for orders with a total value above ₹2000.
  • Condition of Item: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Approval: All return requests are subject to approval by our team.
  • Reason for Return:
    • Product is damaged or defective.
    • Product is not as described or differs from what was ordered.

Process for Returns

  1. Log in to Your Account:
    Visit cocktailfashion.in and log in to your account.
  2. Go to Orders Section:
    Navigate to the Orders section in your dashboard and locate the order you wish to return.
  3. Initiate Return Request:
    Click on the “Return Request” button next to the order and provide the necessary details:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Supporting images (if applicable)
  4. Return Confirmation:
    Once approved, you will receive instructions to proceed.
  5. Pack the Item:
    Safely pack the item in its original packaging or securely otherwise.
  6. Courier Arrangements:
    Arrange courier service. Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  7. Ship the Item:

  8. Tracking Information:
    Retain the courier tracking details for reference.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet return criteria.
  • Refund Approval: If passed, refund will be initiated.
  • Refund Timeline: Within 7–8 working days after inspection.
  • Refund Method: Credited back to the original payment method.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

  • Delivery charges are not refundable.
  • Delivery and return courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Damaged products are not refundable.
  • Refunds are subject to approval.
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Used, washed, or customer-damaged items are not eligible for refund.
  • Cocktail Fashion reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.
