• Reason for Exchange: Exchanges are allowed for sizing issues or if the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described on our website.

Process for Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Your Account:

   • Visit cocktailfashion.in and log in to your account.

2. Go to Orders Section:

   • Navigate to the Orders section in your dashboard.
   • Locate the order you wish to exchange.

3. Initiate Exchange:

   • Click on the “Exchange” button next to the order.
   • Provide the necessary details:
     • Order number
     • Reason for exchange
     • Desired size, color, or replacement product (if applicable).

4. Exchange Confirmation:

   • Once approved, you will receive instructions on returning the product.

5. Pack the Item:

   • Safely pack the clothing item in its original packaging or in a secure and protective manner.

6. Courier Arrangements:

   • Arrange for a courier service to return the product to us.
   • Note: Return shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.

7. Ship the Item:
